A hand and a decision

Patient is in ventilater,
Distance life and death,
Relation, father, husband, grand father,
Just a hand is required, to pull the pipe out,
A decision in one's brain is required, pull the pipe out.
Cost of life,
Cost of survival,
Hell for the sinners,
Heaven for the righteous.
Relation doesn't matter,
Just a decision,
Just a hand,
Struggling of hating, of mind and hand.
Life and death has a small distance,
How the being comes to earth,
